Terms and Conditions
1.Terms of Payment
1.1 All towbar bookings require a £100 non refundable booking fee to cover costs of ordering parts specific to your vehicle and all associated administration costs. When ordering a towbar fitting service we will reserve the right to retain the £100 as a handling charge should the fitting appointment be missed or cancelled by you. The handling charge will also be imposed if your vehicle does not have a towing capacity. It is your responsibility to ensure this in advance of the fitting as a towbar can only be installed if your car has a towing capacity. You can find out here about checking your towing capacity.
If we are unable to supply and fit you a towbar due to unavailable stock or error on our part then your £100 shall be refunded in full.
1.2 The prices payable for the items that you order are set out on our website. If we discover any errors in the price of goods before we accept your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the option to resubmit your order at the correct price or cancel the order. Prices for towbars and wiring are guide prices only and subject to changes. Price to pay will be confirmed at time of booking.

4.1 Towbar fittings are mainly undertaken in our workshop. If a Mobile Fitting service is an option for your vehicle you must ensure the fitting location specified has safe, well lit off-road parking for your vehicle to ensure the fitter can complete the job in a safe environment. A parking area within close proximity must be available for the fitters vehicle so he can have safe and easy access to the items required for the fitting. Please be aware that the fitter won’t hold any type of permit to park in restricted parking areas and any parking fees that the fitter may incur will need to be covered by you, the customer.
4.2 In the case of extreme weather conditions, MotaBars will reserve the right to postpone the fitting if the fitter does not have a suitable and safe environment in order to conduct the fitting.
