Applying film to a motorhome habitation window isn’t simply a case of tinting the window in place.
Each window is carefully removed from the motorhome and dismantled as required so that the film can be correctly applied to the glazing. The window is then reassembled and refitted to the vehicle.
It’s a more involved process than conventional automotive window tinting, but allows us to achieve the best possible finish on these specialist windows.
Our habitation privacy film comes with a 1-year film warranty. As part of fitting, we treat the window seals with silicone spray. The seals should continue to be maintained with a suitable silicone lubricant to help prevent them sticking to the film.
The large windscreen and front windows of a motorhome can allow a considerable amount of solar heat into the cab.
Our ceramic window film is designed to reduce the solar heat entering through the windscreen and front doors, helping to keep the cab cooler and more comfortable on hot, sunny days.
