CRASH TEST

We crash test all our van racking. Our latest crash tests were carried out at RISE Research Institute of Sweden AB, (formerly Statens Provningsanstalt). The crash tests are performed in accordance with the standard INRS NS 286 which applies to van racking. We also perform other types of tests at different test institutes, such as shake tests that simulate several years of use on the road. We also perform our own tensile and pressure tests, to check, for example, the strength of securing products. During a year like 2020, we performed two different tensile tests of five products and eight crash tests according to INRS NS 286, with reassuring and very good results.

You can always complement old van racking from us with new products, everything is compatible.

System Edström’s products last for many years and you can feel confident in always being able to supplement your old van racking with new parts, our products are always backwards compatible. So it is no problem if/when you change vans to bring your van racking along with you. This makes us quite unique, our products last for many years. We are so confident in the quality of our products that we provide up to 5 years of warranty.

UP TO 5-YEAR WARRANTY

By hiring one of our retailers around the country, you can get up to 5 years of warranty. This applies to both the interior and the assembly. We can easily draw up a proposal for you in a digital 3D view to show exactly what your future work van could look like. Of course, you can assemble the van racking yourself with the help of our general assembly instructions. The warranty then amounts to 3 years and only applies to the interior.
