Firstly can we send our well wishes to you. It is uncertain and difficult times that change on a daily basis. We are keeping up to date with government guidelines to ensure we continue to operate as normally as possible while keeping our staff and customers safe.
We are also closely monitoring our suppliers and their procedures in place. Currently we have been assured that it is still business as usual in terms of stock, availability and delivery.
MotaBars is continuing business as usual with the same high quality service with a smile, with added hand sanitiser and the following:
- Please keep visiting the premises to a minimum. For all enquiries please either use the form on our website or give us a call on 01926426382.
If you are getting your tow bar fitted by us:
- We will wipe down all the main contact areas of your car on arrival – steering wheel, gearstick, handles (inside and outside), switches and seat belt.
- We have hand sanitiser in our reception for you to use on drop off and collection.
- We will wipe down with sanitiser all parts of the car we have been in contact with.
- We kindly request you keep a 2m distance between yourself and our staff.
- Please avoid coming to our premises if you feel unwell, or have had any contact with someone else who is unwell.
- Please let us know as soon as possible if you are unable to keep your appointment.
